The 380 VZT is Capable of processing 1500 to 2650 pounds of discarded cable and wire per hour, the MG 380 VZT is a state-of-the-art technological system that efficiently separates copper components from a variety of material to a 99.9% degree of effectiveness.

MG’s patented system for recovery of recyclable metals seems simple, but it is technologically complex. The Turbo Zig Zag system separates the finest copper wiring from the thicker rigid cable. The MG 380 VZT then granulates the discarded wire and cable into tiny particles. During the final stage, the granules proceed through an airflow system that separates them by specific weight. The copper granules are routed to a specific location as a 99.9% pure product, ready for reuse. The entire process is relatively quiet since parts of the MG 380 VZT have been soundproofed. Also the MG 380 VZT utilizes a self-cleaning feature to eliminate resulting industrial dust and reduce maintenance time.

Included in the pictures are pictures of the equipment before it was removed from service. I purchased this disassembled machine from the first owner in SC and transported it to IA and never installed it.
