This Eriez Heavy Duty Vibratory Conveyor and 36 Inch Eddy Current System

Equipped with a 15 pole deep field (REO) rotor, it is ideal for MSW and ASR applications.
This is a very powerful rotor. It uses large blocks of Rare Earth magnets to generate a deeper eddy current field.

Its 15 pole design is excellent at recovering NFM from denser flows, like municipal solid waste (MSW) at dirty MRFs or automobile shredder residue (ASR) at car shedders. Its higher recoveries provide quicker paybacks.

The splitter gap on UBCs is 24-30 inches (610-762 mm).

The longer reinforced tapered hood has interlocked swing out Lexan doors.

Twin flanged discharge chutes with two way (vertical and angle) adjustable splitter included.

The control is NEMA 4 with rotor logic.
