• This machine is in a closed family scrap yard and the Constellation shear has not been operated for five to six years
• According to the owner it was running and worked well when they used it last
• The shear was turned on while the photos were being taken and it cycled
• This is a very old shear and the wiring in the panel has been modified many times
• There are no safeties or cages
• It is located in a building and will need something to lift and remove it to your truck, as there is no working forklift or lifting device in the yard
