System consists of the following components:
- Infeed conveyor
- Dual shaft hook shear pre-shredder
- Overbelt magnet
- Transfer conveyor
- V-S30 granulator
- Screeners & dust collection
- Overbelt magnet
System is capable of processing up to approximately 800+ lbs per hour
- System is water-cooled
- Uses 3 phase 280v
- Was used to process Romex and Cat 5/6 wire
- No issues with the machine. Seller no longer uses it and needs to create space
- Comes with 2 extra sets of new blades for the V-S30 granulator and a machine to sharpen the cutting blades
- Currently disassembled and in storage in a 20ft sea container that is included with purchase
