HOAT System

• Year 2006
• 60” Huron Valley eddy system
• Dings cross belt magnet
• Powered with whisper watt generators 75 KW John Deere diesel power

Six conveyors:

• One 36” wide mid-grade from the trommel to the magnet and eddy current separator
• One 24” wide carrying the fines from the trommel to the HOAT fines transfer conveyor
• One 18” wide fines transfer conveyor attached to the HOAT carrying the fines to the waste belt
• One 36” wide conveyor attached to the HOAT, carrying the negative side of the eddy current splitter past the picking station to the waste belt
• One 24” wide waste belt
• One 18” wide non-ferrous belt, carrying the NF from the positive side of the eddy current splitter

HOAT System is connected to a 723 ReTech trommel by two conveyors

• It has a 24” oversize material conveyor connected to the drum and travels past a picking station to a magnetic head pulley that collects the ferrous material

There are two under conveyors:

• One is a 60” wide fines conveyor dumping onto to the HOAT fines transfer conveyor
• One is a 36” wide mid-grade conveyor dumping onto the HOAT mid-grade conveyor

The 723 ReTech trommel has a 7’ diameter drum x 23’ long

Powered by a John Deere motor with (2) hydraulic pumps to power the hydraulic motors

The trommel makes (3) fractions:

• Fines, two rows of 5/8” screens, holes measured diagonally
• Mid grade, two rows of 4” screens, holes measured diagonally
• Oversize from the end of the drum

System has remote controls to turn all functions off and on from an excavator

The system has cameras that monitor various points on the system for trouble, workflow, full boxes etc. and these cameras are monitored from the excavator cab

It has a steel track type feeder

(4) hydraulic jack legs

Fully and completely portable for transport

System is in good operating condition and can be seen currently working on a jobsite
