Complete Shredder ferrous assembly includes these major components

1. Infeed conveyor, Cat track, hydraulic
2. 74 X 104 mill
3. Dual feed rolls
4. Bowie disc rotor & bearings with very little use
5. Spare spider rotor
6. 2500 Hp Reliance A/C motor, 698 RPM, 3 Phz, 4160 Volts, 60 Htz 327 Amps
7. Spare 2500 HP motor rebuilt in 2017, never in service, stored inside.
8. Hydraulic power units for infeed, pin puller and mill cylinders
9. ( 2 ) Eriez 48” X 80’ drum magnets
10. Eriez Shred 1 ballistic separator.
11. Picking station
12. Ferrous take away conveyor.
13. Many conveyors and other ferrous sorting processes.
14. To include all spare parts, liners, hammers, grates, rotor hammer pins, rotor tie pins and other parts too numerous to itemize.

The shredder is operable and can be demonstrated.

It was rebuilt in 2019 to use for motors, meatballs and NF and only in production 3 to 4 months and was taken out of production when company was sold.

At the same time the shredder was rebuilt, Went installed a NF processing line in the building seen in the pictures. That line was shut down at the same time for same reason. Both systems have been idle since 2019. Below is a list of the Wendt NF system.

Buyer will be required to rig this equipment down and load it on their trucks. We have CSX rail availability for rail transportation which must be arranged buy Buyer.
