1996 Eldan Rasper Portable Line

The Eldan line of equipment has been a top manufacturer of tire recycling equipment for over 55 years. The Eldan 122T rasper is a heavy duty machine ideally suited for the harsh application of scrap rubber processing.

This system will come with two separate screens that can process 2 inch chip down to either a 1 inch chip or a ¾ inch chip at a rate of about 2 tons of material per hour. It has all new fly and bed knives, and the rotor has been hardfaced. This system was sold from the factory new, as a portable plant.

We have put 3 new electric motors on the conveyors, and replaced 3 conveyor belts. The other motors and belts were in great condition. The system is mounted on a single drop, triple axle non-titled single-use trailer, and all brakes and tires are in road-worthy condition.

The system will include a factory built infeed conveyor, the refurbished Eldan 122T rasper, a factory built outfeed conveyor, a self-cleaning cross-belt magnet going across the outfeed conveyor, a factory built tire wire discharge conveyor, and a factory built long outfeed discharge conveyor. This system will come complete with a centrally located electrical control panel and be ready to be hooked up to your power source. It will also include an Ingersoll Rand air
compressor. This system will require a 400 kw generator set to run it, or hook it up to electrical grid power. This system will also include a Donaldson aspiration system for dust collection purposes, and will have a new set of Donaldson dust collection filters. This system is ready to go.
